Criminal Law - Death Penalty - Felony Murder

Synopsis:

Removing from the consideration for the death penalty a conviction for a murder in the first degree when the murder was committed in the perpetration of or attempt to perpetrate specified felonies; making the sentence for that conviction for murder either life without the possibility of parole or imprisonment for life; and removing circumstances of felony murder from the list of aggravating circumstances considered in the sentencing proceeding.
