Study Commission on Housing Policy

Synopsis:

Creating the Study Commission on Housing Policy; providing for the membership, appointment, chairman, and staffing of the Commission; requiring the Commission to hold meetings and hearings under specified circumstances; requiring the Commission to perform specified duties and functions relating to housing policy; requiring the Commission to make interim and final reports to the General Assembly and other units by specified dates; and terminating the Act on December 31, 2004.
