Housing - Community Legacy Program - Neighborhood Intervention Projects

Synopsis:

Altering the purposes of a community legacy project to include the financing of a neighborhood intervention project for the rehabilitation or demolition of properties located in stable neighborhoods; limiting the amount of federal assistance that may be awarded for a neighborhood intervention project; imposing specified obligations on sponsors of neighborhood intervention projects; etc.
