Synopsis:

Authorizing the establishment of wireless enhanced 911 service in the State; altering the membership of the Emergency Number Systems Board; authorizing specified expenditures to commercial mobile radio service (CMRS) providers for specified purposes; requiring CMRS providers to submit specified cost estimates and information to the Board; requiring the Board to establish guidelines and an implementation schedule for the deployment of wireless enhanced 911 service; etc.
