Vehicle Laws - License Restriction for a Minor - Passenger Restriction

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to impose a restriction on the original driver's license of a minor that prohibits the minor from transporting more than one passenger under the age of 21 years; exempting specified passengers from the provisions of the Act; authorizing a police officer to enforce the Act only as a secondary violation; and providing that a violation of the Act is a moving violation for the purpose of awarding points against a driver's license.
