Health Occupations - State Board of Social Work Examiners - License

Synopsis:

Establishing that licensing requirements relating to the practice of social work do not apply to individuals who are licensed in any other state or possess specified qualifications, have an application pending before the State Board of Social Work Examiners, and meet specified requirements established in regulations; prohibiting a specified individual from practicing social work without a license for more than 6 months; etc.
