Synopsis:

Continuing the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance until October 1, 2003; terminating the Board in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by repealing the provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board to license and regulate licensed physicians; etc.
