Vehicle Laws - Penalties - Motorcycle Safety Program

Synopsis:

Providing additional penalties for failure to yield the right-of-way to another vehicle if the violation contributes to an accident resulting in bodily injury to or the death of another person; and requiring that specified fines imposed under the Act be used to fund the Motorcycle Safety Program.
