Entitled:
Education - Early Childhood Educational and Developmental Programs

Synopsis:

Authorizing early childhood educational and developmental programs to enter specified agreements to promote specified programs; providing that the purpose of the agreement is to collaborate and develop a plan to provide specified information to specified parents; requiring the State Department of Education to assist in developing the agreement, monitor and review results from the agreement, and submit a specified annual report; requiring committees to hold a briefing; and requiring the Governor to include specified funding in the State budget.
