Transportation Trust Fund - Transit Operating Expenses - Limitations

Synopsis:

Limiting the appropriation of funds in the Transportation Trust Fund for transit operating expenses to 32.5 percent of total transportation operating expenses for fiscal year 2006 and each fiscal year thereafter; and authorizing the Governor to include in the State budget an appropriation from the General Fund to the Transportation Trust Fund to fund additional transit operating expenses.
