Health Care Facilities - Drug Abuse Treatment Facility That Administers Methadone - Location

Synopsis:

Requiring a drug abuse treatment facility that administers methadone to be located within a local or State police office where individuals are charged or booked, a sheriff's office where individuals are charged or booked, or a correctional facility; exempting a drug abuse treatment facility that administers methadone if that facility existed prior to September 30, 2004; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations to implement the Act; etc.
