Synopsis:

Defining a "life-threatening injury" as it relates to specified offenses; prohibiting a person from causing a life-threatening injury to another as a result of negligent operation of a motor vehicle or vessel while under the influence of or impaired by alcohol, drugs, a combination of drugs and alcohol, or controlled dangerous substances under specified circumstances; etc.
