Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County publish all records of county expenses in its minutes; requiring that records of county expenses be on file in the Cecil County Treasurer's office; altering the amount of specified expense payments above which the Board of County Commissioners must include on a specified statement of accounts to be $500 instead of $200.
