Family Law - Child Support Enforcement - Earnings Withholding and Medical Support Notices

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that the Child Support Enforcement Administration send specified documents to an obligor by certified mail; requiring the Administration to send documents to an obligor at the obligor's place of employment; altering the contents of a statement of the obligor's right to contest the accuracy of information provided in an earnings withholding notice; etc.
