Classifying a relocatable classroom with a connecting walkway to a main school building as a permanent classroom; and requiring the Board of Public Works to define the cost of purchasing a relocatable classroom and the cost of constructing a walkway connecting a relocatable classroom to a main school building as an approved public school construction or capital improvement cost.
