Synopsis:

Requiring an employer to provide specified leave to an employee who attends school conferences or school-related activities regarding the employee's child; requiring an employee to provide reasonable prior notice to the employer; providing that an employer is not required to grant paid leave to the employee to attend school conferences or school-related activities regarding the employee's child; allowing an employee to use paid leave to attend school conferences or school-related activities regarding the employee's child; etc.
