Synopsis:

Requiring that a mechanical repair contract for a used vehicle clearly and conspicuously state the monetary limits for each repair covered by the mechanical repair contract, a list of service providers authorized to perform a repair under the mechanical repair contract, and whether the mechanical repair contract requires new or used motor vehicle parts to be used to perform a repair.
