Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from actively participating in a criminal street gang with knowledge that the gang members engage in specified criminal activity; prohibiting a person from promoting, furthering, or assisting in specified criminal conduct by gang members; prohibiting a person with specified intent from threatening another with or using physical violence to coerce, induce, or solicit another to actively participate in or to prevent another from leaving a gang; etc.
