Synopsis:

Requiring an applicant for voter registration to submit proof of United States citizenship with the application; specifying the types of documents that the applicant must submit in order to establish proof of United States citizenship; requiring an election judge to qualify an individual for voting at the polls by requesting that the individual present the individual's voter registration card and then verify that the information on the card matches the information in the voter registry; etc.
