Electric Companies - Special Medical Equipment Program List

Synopsis:

Requiring electric companies to maintain a special medical equipment program list in accordance with Public Service Commission regulations; requiring electric companies to distribute the list to service dispatchers to assist in restoring electricity to individuals on the list in specified circumstances; and requiring electric companies to notify individuals on the list of scheduled power outages at least 48 hours in advance.
