Requiring a police officer to detain an undocumented alien under specified circumstances until the undocumented alien is transferred to the custody of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services of the United States Department of Homeland Security; requiring a police officer to contact the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services of the United States Department of Homeland Security when the police officer detains an undocumented alien; prohibiting a police officer from searching for undocumented aliens for a specified purpose; etc.
