Higher Education - Public Senior Higher Education Institutions - Tuition Plan

Synopsis:

Requiring the governing board of each public senior higher education institution to establish a specified tuition plan; and providing that, for 4 continuous academic years following initial enrollment under specified circumstances, the tuition charged a resident undergraduate student for an academic year may not exceed the amount of tuition the student was charged at the time the student initially enrolled in the public senior higher education institution.
