Synopsis:

Reducing the earnings offset to an ordinary disability retirement allowance for retirees who have been receiving an ordinary disability retirement allowance for less than 10 years; and eliminating the earnings offset to an ordinary disability retirement allowance for retirees who have been receiving an ordinary disability retirement allowance for at least 10 years.
