Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment to study, in collaboration with specified persons and organizations, the establishment and implementation, by January 2006, of an electronic waste collection system in the State for the collection and recycling of electronic waste, including cathode-ray tubes; requiring the Department to report its recommendations by specified dates; etc.
