Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Health Care Commission to require that a pharmacy discount card option be included in the minimum benefits in the Comprehensive Standard Health Benefit Plan offered in the small group insurance market; and establishing the amount of specified co-payments and deductibles under the Standard Plan.
