Synopsis:

Amending the Jennings Randolph Lake Project Compact by authorizing the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources to enforce criminal laws and regulations applicable to the Jennings Randolph Lake Project, contingent on the passage of similar legislation in West Virginia and approval from the United States Congress.
