Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Public Accountancy to deny a license to an applicant, reprimand a licensee, or suspend or revoke a license if the applicant or licensee has been sanctioned in another state in a matter relating to the practice of public accountancy or the applicant or licensee has been sanctioned by a unit of a state or federal government for a specified act or omission.
