Synopsis:

Altering the date of primary elections in Baltimore City; requiring that any county, including Baltimore City, hold general elections for county offices or Baltimore City municipal offices on the Tuesday following the first Monday in November in the year when the Governor is elected; and providing for the terms of office for specified Baltimore City municipal officers.
