Synopsis:

Authorizing a law enforcement officer of the United States, or the State, or of any county or city of the State who is off duty to wear, carry, or transport a handgun that has been approved by the law enforcement agency that employs the officer as long as the officer is in compliance with the rules and policies set forth by that law enforcement agency.
