Synopsis:

Requiring that the Juvenile Services Alternative Education Program Advisory Board be constituted on or before September 1, 2004; clarifying the appointment process for a specified member of the Juvenile Services Alternative Education Program Advisory Board; and altering the amount the county board must pay for each student transferred from county schools to the juvenile services alternative education program.
