State Board of Dental Examiners - Powers and Duties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Dental Examiners to require an examination, under specified circumstances, of a certified dental radiation technologist or a licensed dentist or dental hygienist during an investigation against the certificate holder or licensee to be used in specified proceedings; clarifying the privileges waived by a certified dental radiation technologist or a licensed dentist or dental hygienist; altering the date for the beginning and end of the terms of the members of the Board; etc.
