Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to close an area of State waters to all finfishing if the Department satisfies specified requirements; requiring the Department to publicize specified information regarding public hearings in specified ways and to make a specified report available at a specified time; requiring the Department to prepare a specified report at specified times; etc.
