Synopsis:

Adding Class M (multipurpose) vehicles and specified Class E trucks to those vehicles prohibited from operating on any State highway if there are affixed to any window any tinting materials added after the manufacture of the vehicle that do not allow a light transmittance of at least 35%; etc.
