Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Sheppard Pratt Health System

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $5,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Sheppard Pratt Health System, Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of a new hospital building; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; expressing the intent of the General Assembly to provide specified funds in future years; etc.
