Environment - Lead Poisoning Prevention - Fees

Synopsis:

Increasing from $10 to $50 the annual fee collected by the Department of the Environment on each rental property that is an "affected property" under the law on reduction of lead risk in housing; and increasing from $5 to $25 the processing fee collected by the Department on each rental property for which the owner submits a report stating that the unit is lead free.
