Election Law - Campaign Contributions by Persons Engaged in Gaming Activity in the State

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified persons who make campaign contributions to specified campaign finance entities from receiving a license or permit to conduct specified gaming activities in the State for a specified period after making the contribution; suspending the license or permit, for a specified period of time, of persons authorized to conduct specified gaming activities in the State if the person makes specified campaign contributions; attributing campaign contributions of specified persons to other persons; etc.
