Resource Centers and Cooperative Programs - Access by Minors - Obscene Materials - Prevention

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Library Resource Center, each regional resource center, and each metropolitan cooperative service program to adopt and implement policies and procedures for preventing a minor from obtaining access to obscene materials by means of Maryland's Public Information Network (Sailor) or other interactive computer services implemented and maintained by the State Library Resource Center, a regional resource center, or a metropolitan cooperative service program; etc.
