Synopsis:

Requiring the State Lottery Agency to distribute specified lottery proceeds to all the public school systems in the State rather than into the General Fund of the State; requiring that public school systems use the money that is distributed for a specified purpose; and specifying that the distributed money is intended to provide additional revenue for public school systems.
