Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "homeowner" under the Homestead Tax Credit to allow a person who has a legal interest in a dwelling or who is an active member of an agricultural limited liability company that has an interest in the dwelling to claim the credit under specified circumstances; authorizing semiannual property tax payment for specified limited liability companies under specified circumstances; etc.
