Synopsis:

Establishing a School Nutrition Program; prohibiting specified beverages and specified foods from being served in public schools between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and the end of the last lunch period; authorizing local school systems to implement more stringent measures to improve nutrition in the public schools; etc.
