Crimes - Driving or Boating While Impaired by a Controlled Dangerous Substance Per Se - Penalties

Synopsis:

Making it a misdemeanor for a person to drive or attempt to drive a motor vehicle while the person has any amount of a controlled dangerous substance in the person's body; defining "impaired by a controlled dangerous substance per se"; authorizing the admissibility of evidentiary tests for measuring any amount of a controlled dangerous substance in a person's body; and generally relating to offenses of driving or boating while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance per se.
