Maryland Pharmacy Act - Practice of Pharmacy - Administration of the Influenza Vaccination

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of the term "practice pharmacy" to include administering influenza vaccinations; authorizing specified pharmacists to administer influenza vaccinations; requiring the Board of Pharmacy to set fees; requiring the Board, in consultation with the State Board of Physicians and the State Board of Nursing, to adopt specified regulations; providing for the effective date of specified provisions of the Act; providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act; etc.
