Synopsis:

Authorizing the head of a principal unit in the Executive Branch of State government to establish, for a specified purpose, a Student Loan Repayment Program under which the principal unit agrees to repay student loans previously taken out by eligible employees of the principal unit; establishing requirements for and limitations on payments made under a Program; establishing eligibility requirements for benefits under a Program; requiring the repayment of benefits provided under a Program under specified circumstances; etc.
