Gun Shops - Storage Vaults for Regulated Firearms

Synopsis:

Requiring an applicant for a State regulated firearms dealer's license to provide evidence satisfactory to the Secretary of State Police that the applicant's proposed place of business has a specified vault that can hold regulated firearms; requiring a licensee to store in the vault all regulated firearms for sale when the licensee's place of business is closed; requiring current licensees to comply on or before July 1, 2005; and providing specified penalties.
