Cosmetologists - Renewal of Licenses - Continuing Education Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring a cosmetology licensee to present satisfactory evidence of compliance with continuing education requirements to the State Board of Cosmetologists in addition to existing requirements in order to renew a license; and requiring the Board to establish a 6-hour continuing education requirement as a condition to the renewal of licenses.
