Requiring specified counties or their designees to notify officials of
municipal corporations and other counties receiving coal tax revenue
that they may request a meeting; and modifying the requirement that
the governing body of a county that collects the coal tax meet with
officials of municipalities and other counties that receive the coal
tax so that the meeting is only held on request.
