Synopsis:

Requiring a local department of social services or a law enforcement agency investigating a report of suspected child abuse or neglect to interview the child under specified circumstances; requiring that standard operating procedures include a requirement that any interview with the child be recorded in a specified manner; and altering procedures implemented by agencies conducting joint investigations of reported cases of suspected child sexual abuse.
