Education - Full-Day Kindergarten Programs - Schools in Critical Needs or Low Socioeconomic Areas

Synopsis:

Requiring each county board of education to provide full-day kindergarten programs for kindergarten students that attend schools located in a critical needs or low socioeconomic area by the 2007-2008 school year; requiring each county board to provide full-day kindergarten programs to all kindergarten students by the 2011-2012 school year; requiring kindergarten programs to be subject to the requirements relating to minimum days and hours of operation by a specified year; etc.
