Higher Education - Student Financial Assistance Fund
Establishing the Student Financial Assistance Fund in the Office of
Student Financial Assistance in the Maryland Higher Education
Commission; requiring that the repayment of student financial
assistance, scholarships, and grants go into the Fund; requiring that
money from the Fund be used for financial assistance, scholarships,
and grants; and providing that the Act applies to repayment
obligations received by the Maryland Higher Education Commission on or
after July 1, 2005.
