Synopsis:

Requiring an applicant for a license to practice cosmetology to submit additional information or documentation to the State Board of Cosmetologists that the Board requires; requiring an applicant for licensure to submit adequate evidence to the Board regarding a beauty salon's commitment to become affiliated with the applicant on the granting of a license to the applicant; providing that a license authorizes an individual to practice cosmetology in affiliation with a beauty salon with a permit; etc.
